We have vacationed on the Disney Cruise and loved it. The workers on the ship were spectacular. On the other side of the coin, the workers at the parks today were less than hospitable and made the day less than enjoyable. At the Magic Kingdom the Tomorrowland Speedway workers were rude and condescending. One would tell you to get in a car and the ... next came over and actually yelled at you and said you were not supposed to be in that car.

At the Starlight Cafe the workers just laughed as they served us an overpriced frozen strawberry lemonade that was over flowing and a complete mess.

In the past we have been happy to pay a premium for the customer service that Disney has been known for, but today’s experience was infuriating. Our kids even noted the poor attitudes of the workers. This will be our last visit.
