BLACK OPAL Masquerade Ball Presented by TowneBank for the
Dare County Arts Council. Saturday, October 28 at Pirate's Cove Pavilion 7pm-12am.

The event will be a costumed spectacle with guests encouraged to select their own creative attire- whether it is a black tie, masquerade mask or completely wild, artistically inspired costume.
